Overview

Not for the faint-hearted! This white-water rafting adventure is perfect for thrill-seekers and adventurous souls looking for a challenge. Prior experience navigating rapids is recommended. Minimum age: 12. This tour combines a sparkling clean river, breath-taking jungle scenery and a shot of adrenaline. 

After being picked up from your hotel you will be driven for an hour and a half to one of the most beautiful rivers in Costa Rica – Rio Sarapiquí. You will raft down the river, surrounded on both sides by towering jungle and waterfalls, paddling over 30 rapids – many of them rated as class IV. Expect steep gradients, and big splashes – prepare to get wet! After you’ve worked up an appetite, we will enjoy some traditional Costa Rican food at Soda Marielos.
