Energy cleansing, healing arts, breathwork, chants, rituals, meditations, visualizations, sensorial experiences, intuitive movement, devotional prayers and diverse exercises that evoke connection with the ancestral, nature and its sacred elements are performed.

Ceremonies are intimate and safe spaces in which the energy of each person contributes to the circle.

During ceremonies, energy is elevated, and the spirit is invigorated. Sensations of well-being, joy, presence and contemplation are experienced.
