Start your morning surrounded by the peaceful sounds of the cloud forest. Our birdwatching tour begins at 6:00 am at the CASEM plaza in Monteverde, a lively spot at that time of day. From there, we’ll drive to one of the beautiful nature reserves nearby. The parks officially open at 7:00 am, so there’s an option to enjoy a local breakfast before we begin the hike.
The walk covers 2 to 3 kilometers, depending on forest activity, and the trails are well-maintained and easy to follow. Along the way, your local guide will share knowledge about the forest and its incredible wildlife, using a high-definition spotting scope so you can get a close look at every detail.
